Women empowerment creates confidence in women and fills them with the motivation to be empowered. Similarly, we also have to empower and spread this women empowerment to many people so that they too understand the importance of women empowerment in today’s era. There is an era in which women have been given many rights in the constitution. Today women contribute to make them developed in this developing India but still they are sometimes harassed in different forms and their rights are violated. Today, every year women equally participate in any examination and also get more marks than men. But somewhere it is also true that due to paternal power society, only men are given respect and today.
There are also many such provinces where the disappointment of having daughters is expressed.Today many women like Kiran Bedi, Sushmita Sen, Padmavati Bandopadhyay, Sucheta Kripalani etc. are empowered.
The World Nari Shakti Foundation organizes women’s affection meeting ceremony to bring awareness among women. The notion of gender equality demands equality between men and women but women have been denied their rights. For a country like India, women empowerment will have a big role in its growth and development.
